Will this work with the lg34wl600b ultrawide monitor without a vesa adapter?

According to the mount and monitor manuals it should work. The monitor has the VESA 100 x 100 mount pattern supported by the mount, and monitor is within the mount's weight specs. I used the mount on a Samsung N5300 32" which is smaller and lighter, but I would expect it would work with the LG you're considering.

Will this work with a samsung 32-inch odyssey g7 curved moniter?

I think it will work. I use it with a Lenovo Legion Y44w-10 (43 inches) and it's great holding it. I only had to adjust the tilt screw to a tighten tension and it's holding the monitor perfectly fine.

Can't find the adjusting hole ,is it normal?
