Are these cuticle pushers invisible? I've received two shipments and both boxes were empty.

After you have used cuticle softener or oil, use the curved end to push back your cuticles away from the nail. Gently. Then you can use the straight edge to clean under your nails and to work away any remaining part of your cuticle that is stuck to the nail. Again, gently.

Is the larger end smooth or textured on the underside? I want one that is not smooth and has texture.

The larger end is smooth on both underside and underside. I use it to push back my cuticles since it is shaped to fit that part of the nail, so I want it to be smooth. The narrower flat end is very sharp if you are wanting something to remove dead cuticle tissue. Hope this helps.
