Do you recommend take one tablet three times a day or 3 tablets once a day?

3 once a day. These supplements leave you body fast. It is better to eat food, then, that these with water. This helps with breaking down the tablets and getting more out of them. Powders are better, because they have a better absorption rate. It take about 7 to 8 months for a full body saturation to happen. So you'll feel the biggest difference at 8 months. These may be natural but to much of anything could start to shut your kidneys and liver down. That's why you need to only take the recommended amounts, and eat before taking them. Do not take them before bed either. They will just sit on your stomach and could eat away at your stomach and cause ulcers. Taking these with breakfast would be the best. That is when your body is in peak performance for the day.

I see it's made in the usa. are all the ingredients from the usa?

"Made in the USA" only means that the ingredients are put in the capsules in the USA.  Since the supplier uses weasel wording you can assume it is mainly sourced from China lacking any further evidence to the contrary.  Supplement companies go to great lengths to avoid using the word China but that is the source of almost all ingredients.  That is not necessarily a bad thing as far as quality is concerned.

Does it contain shellfish?
