Yes you have use at a time or 1day of difference. It's your choise. Both works same.

On colour treated hair can henna be soaked overnight and then in the morning mixed with indigo powder and applied to hair to get brown colour?

Please follow the following steps: 1. Soak the required Quantity of Henna powder in water and leave it overnight 2. Next morning, wash your hair with shampoo, and towel dry it. 3. Mix an equal amount of Indigo powder to the soaked henna and mix it thoroughly and cover this paste to cut air contact for 7-10 minutes. 4. After 7-10 minutes apply the paste on your hair and leave it for 3-4 hours. 5. After 3-4 hours wash your hair with just tap water and do not shampoo your hair for next 1-2 days.. This will help to retain color for a longer period of time.

I notice that this is a 200 gm pack. what portion (in quanity) to be used for one usage ? how long does the colour normally stand for?

The quantity required is based on the hair length. If you are starting it for first time and have waist-length hair you can try using 50 grams of each Henna and Indigo powder and check if that amount is sufficient or not.
