I had an inversion table but couldn’t fit it into my flat so gave it to my mum and dad. Needed something else purely for my back and found this. Cheaper than an inversion table and versatile. I’ve hung it over a pull Up bar in a doorway and seems sturdy after a week or so. I don’t have much room with it but after two days I’ve felt the benefits. I actually enjoy my evenings watching something on my laptop and messing about and hanging from the yoga swing. Sleeps improved and also hip inflammation and back pain has gone down quit significantly. I realise this might not be everyone and I don’t even use it for Ariel yoga! Just for me and what I need it’s perfect. I’d recommend to anyone even if you just want to elongate your back.
