I take a shot every night before bed whenever I've been exposed to anything that gives me the slightest sore throat, and almost every night in the winter regardless of how my throat feels. Review: Every time wife or kids gets so much as a sniffle I'm drinking this stuff down! I despise getting sick (yes when I get sick I always develop the man flu). I take it upon the first cold symptoms and can typically get rid of the cold before it blooms into full-on sickness 😉 I spray it (about 4-5 pumps), hold it in the back of my throat for 12 seconds, as long as I can stand it sometimes. Then I open my throat and try not to swallow but let it drip down, coating my throat.
