Straight from the heavens. Any time I start to feel something coming on, I use this religiously and it either knocks down the time I’m feeling sick a lot.

This stuff works. I always keep one on hand in my car and at home because the key to its effectiveness really is to use it at the first sign of any cold: runny nose, that weird “hollow” sinus feeling, or that icky throat sensation. This is what I find it works best for. If the cold is too far along it’s much harder for this to work on it, however it can shorten a cold that’s already taken hold. When I feel something coming on I use this in tangent with a refreshing and natural mint mouthwash such as Hello brand. Now when I gargle to get at whatever is trying to take hold in my throat I lay back on my bed so I can get the mouthwash as far down in my throat as possible and gargle it in my throat for a good 5 minutes. I repeat that multiple times throughout the day with this nasal spray and it really is miraculous how it kills whatever virus is trying to wage war on my body.

ZICAM is the only cure for the common cold or preventive! I have been using for over 15 years & have not had a cold in all that time. I prefer the nasal spray but the Bride prefers the Gummy's!
