Do these come with a valve or are they threaded to I can add a valve?

No Schrader valve, the ones I have I connect to the refrigeration tank and connect my hoses to them. I do R-134 and R-402

Will these allow me to adapt a 30lb R12 tank to a R134 intake hose and also a R134 low side hose?
