Too big for me
It's definately too large for a small woman to use. Also very dense and hard.

Gut Smashing
Took me a while to find a 6in foam ball for under $40I use this ball for intra-abdominal psoas release. AKA gut smashing. eg. Lay on the ball with your stomach.Ball holds it shape well and does spring back after being depressed. I am sure this ball can be used form much more. But it does have some give if you were going for a tighter mussel release you'd still want a hard rub ball.

Ball deforms during use
Ball deforms under use and therefore no longer easily rolls, it flattens out basically during use
