## Description

It is a gooseneck LED arm stereomicroscope that provides clear, clear images. It comes with binoculars, widefield glasses, arm holder and gooseneck LED light. 45-degree tilted eye tubes and rubber eye protectors provide easy observation. The arm holder allows the microscope head to be rotated around two different axes (X and Z). This microscope offers high resolution, large field of view and long working distance (9 inches). The flexible gooseneck light illuminates objects to observe surface details and fine structures. This microscope is ideal for PCB board repair, welding and dentistry. It is an ideal tool for dentists, gemmologists, collectors and anyone who works in the semiconductor and/or electronic industry. Fixed stereo lenses provide 10x and 20x magnification when used with the included 10X and 20X glasses. This range is intended for general welding and mechanical repair and control of larger objects. The observation head uses 30.5mm eye tubes to provide an extra large field of view. The eye tube has a built-in dioptric equalizer for users with astigmatism or for precise tuning focus when using the camera instead of the eyepiece. The head can be adjusted for each user by rotating binocular adjustment to ensure proper alignment of the eyes. Different glasses are available to extend the magnification range.

La distanza di focalizzazione è abbondantissima, circa venti centimetri, e permette, anzi, richiede di lavorare seduti con la schiena eretta. Un piano di lavoro alto probabilmente richiederebbe l'uso di uno sgabello. Ovviamente, data queste distanze di focalizzazione, nessun problema per intervenire sul pezzo in lavorazione. Il campo visivo con l'oculare 10X è poco meno del diametro di un movimento eta 2824 (circa 26 mm). Viene fornito con un cavo di alimentazione dotato della enorme spina a standard britannico e con un ugualmente enorme adattatore Schuko (la spina "tedesca" con terra laterale, quella delle lavatrici per intendersi. Il cavo con spina italiana a terra centrale si trova a pochi euro online, comunque. Consiglio senza riserve.

**Q: Does it come with a Digital Microscope Imager (To see the image on a PC screen)?**
A: no

**Q: What is the eyepiece aperture size, power & outside diameter for eye relief. I may also need 30X, 40X or 50X!**
A: After seeing one for circuit board repair, I had to get it too. Quite impressed with its quality. 10X was good enough, did not even need 20X for this application. I can send you pictures of the eyepiece for details.

**Q: I am blind in one eye. Will this microscope work for me?**
A: I think it will. Reason is, I have used my iPhone held over one side to take neat pictures of the stuff I'm working on.

**Q: Can I get at least 20X up to perhaps 50X to identify fractures in the tungsten jaws that hold needles to sew up wounds?**
A: The max magnification you can get on this scope is 20X (with 20X eyepieces). We don't have 2X objective lens for this model. You might want to check our boom stand stereoscopes. They are more flexible for your application, and they have higher magnification level as well. An example for you: SM-3TZZ.
