This is fish oil (plus the other stuff), so naturally I'm not noticing any difference between this and the others, in terms of health effects.The difference I notice is that instead of the occasional fish-tastic burp, I get a chemical-lemony toxic burp which I find more displeasing.For a product that I have no way to measure its effects reasonably, I can only give it 4 stars max. For the toxic burp, I knock off a star...everything about the product is supposed to be "natural", but that aftertaste is absolutely unnatural. According to Amazon, 3/5 stars means "It's OK".
