I found that I had to adjust the temperature and pressure of the Cricut Heat and Press. I did notice that it was on a piece by piece basis as well. Some went on like a dream and others took more trial and error (a lot of error). I was pressing my vinyl to 50 polyester pull string bags so it was more difficult because when I turned the temperature up the bags started to melt. Keep trying. I will not buy this product again. It was too inconsistent through the roll with where it would stick and where it would not. **Q: I’m a total newbie to cutting htv. do i cut it on my cricut with glossy aide facing up, or glossy aide adhered to the matte?** A: Put the shiny side down onto the cutting mat. You will be cutting through the vinyl then peeling away the unwanted vinyl (called weeding) good luck! **Q: How many shirts can this make doing a 9x11 design?** A: A lot.
