It smells wonderful and works well with my hair, but I had to look back for a moment. I use to be the biggest fan of Purador! My opinions of their products have changed recently. First thing I discovered is that they no longer print the date of expiration on their bottles! I just purchased their jojoba oil and noticed there was no expiration date. I checked my essential oils; one older bottle and a newer one. The expiration date is printed right below the lot number on the older bottle and NOT on the most recently purchased bottle. I don’t know why it’s no longer on the bottle, but It is cause for concern.The product seems fine, but I personally need to know how old a product is when I receive it. Especially when it may have been sitting on a shelf in a warehouse. I may have to start looking at another less expensive brand.

After reading about the benefits of Jojoba oil, I decided to try it for skin care. I was dubious about putting oil directly on my face and concerned that it could cause an outbreak of pimples. But after only several weeks of using this oil, my skin has not only been free of pimples but it's also softer and smoother. I have been shocked at how easily it goes on. Gone are the little bumps across my cheeks, and the fine lines have lessened, too. What's been really surprising to me is that this oil is not greasy nor is it heavy. I'm now using it as a makeup remover at night and a cleanser in the morning. After using the oil to cleanse my face, I wipe it with a DIY toner and apply a little more . This method is working well. Since having success on my face, I decided to try it on my arms and legs. Again, I've been so surprised with the results. My arms are smoother and softer. No more bumpy skin on my arms. I apply the oil shortly after my evening shower. By the time I finish my other nightly rituals, the oil is absorbed and I don't worry about getting my bed sheets oily. I love this particular Jojoba oil, but I have to admit that I haven't tried others. Here's a shocker: I was looking online at expensive moisturizers and saw that pure Jojoba oil is being sold under the names of well known skin care companies for around $50. And get this...the sole ingredient is 100% Jojoba oil! How about that? But they have a great marketing message and great packaging, so I can see how the "uninformed" person would buy it for that exorbitant price. Anyway, the PURA D'OR brand is great. The results are great and the price is fantastic. The spray dispenser makes it easy to apply. I will keep on buying this product, although the 4 oz bottle will last me awhile.

This oil has been a game changer for my skin. I’m a woman in my early thirties and my skin is acne prone. I wash my face with a norwex microfiber cloth and rub in a light spritz amount of this jojoba oil, and use no other face wash or makeup, moisturizer etc. Due to acne prone skin I need to keep my face clean but hydrated. (I also use a satin pillowcase which helps with wrinkles, puffiness, and keeping skin clean, too.) I have been doing this skincare combination for about 6 months and honestly will probably never change it. It’s that good. I get compliments often that my skin looks “so healthy!” My wrinkles and tired looking skin have turned into lovely fine lines and a nice smooth glow. Thank you God for the jojoba plant and thank you purador for making it accessible - organic, and grown and processed here in the US. The spritzer is a nice pump as well. Highly recommend! Also the one bottle has lasted at least 6 months with still about half left.

I'm over spending a fortune on facial oil and hoping that using a diy recipe that I will no longer break the bank. So far so good, the oil feels great on my 54 yr skin and I add a drop of Frankincense oil. Planning on adding castor oil as well and possibly other essential oils. I like the pump, bottle is a good size -unfortunately a little piece of the lid at the base of the twist top was broken off when it arrived but lid still works and no leaks.
