It's a beautiful rug...exactly what I was looking for

I’ve never written a review on a product before but I had to with this one. It’s always scary buying online with certain items. You never know if what you’re seeing on screen is what you’ll get but I took a chance and I have to say this is the most beautiful, well made rug I’ve ever purchased! No smell. No shedding in the packaging and while placing. It’s the perfect color. Natural with different tones but very light in color. Not light enough to worry about dirt. Has a great shape and overall absolutely beautiful! Highly recommend!

I was hesitant to order this rug since the reviews were a mixed bag. I mean who wants to repack and lug a 12x15 jute rug back for a return? "Me" said no one ever. I am thrilled to say that it arrived and was beautiful. The rug's natural jute colors were as pictured. It is thick, about 1/2 inch. The rug did have a natural jute aroma as should be expected, but it disapated in a few days. I expected it to shed as jute rugs do, but was pleasantly surprised at how little it did-hardly noticeable. The weave was tight and it had a few knots that protruded above the plain of the rug. Again, it is a jute rug. The rug laid flat almost immediately but I let it lay out in the garage for a few days to relax before bringing it into the house to place it on the floor. I used this 12x15 jute rug to layer another large rug over it. The edges stick out under the top rug 12" on all sides and the combination of both rugs actually made my space look larger. I used a rug pad beneath the jute rug and have no problems with the rug slipping out of place. If you use the jute rug on wood or engineered flooring make sure to use a pad so as not to have the jute scratch your flooring. Finding a 12x15 jute rug is difficult, especially one of this quality and price. Even had I not wanted to use it for a bottom rug for layering, the quality was such that I would have kept the rug. I am completely satisfied with this beautiful, natural rug and am glad I took a chance and ordered it. No lugging for me!

Quality is good but do take note of colour changes for the lighter shade if your area is expose to direct sun rays and some form of weather element. The light shade will turn yellowish. Not kinda nice after a while. But overall love the quality.

Nicely evenly woven rug of substantial thickens. Looks better than on the picture!

Conforme à la photo et à la description. Belle couleur ivoire, belle texture et belle qualité. Très satisfaite!
