Does the suspension come with the hard hat or do I purchase separately

The suspension comes with the hardhat when purchased as new.

Can a headlamp be attached to this?

It doesn't have slots for attachment so you'll have to use the usual tricks. I'd recommend "sticky-backs" (little adhesive squares you can attach zip ties too), or bend a piece of wire in an S-shape and hook the strap to the brim of the hardhat. Depends if you want it easier to remove or more permanently attached
