**Q: is it supposed to be difficult to chg the height or angle of the stand?  I just bought one and it is extremely difficult to adjust.**
A: Considering the stability of the laptop stand and preventing the problem of loose hinges in the future, we adjusted the hinges tightly during production, but we have tested that after customers use them for a period of time, the hinges will become easy to adjust. And there will be no loose hinges in the future.

**Q: What is the height capability?  I want to stand and type.**
A: According to the enclosed manual, the top plate will extend 200mm from the base plate. That equates to about 7.87 inches. I personally like this stand as it works well with my MacBook.

**Q: Will this hold a very heavy laptop (alienware 17)?**
A: I have a 15" Lenovo, it could hold a lot more weight than mine, so I'd say yes it can hold yours. It is very strong and the swivel arms are hard to adjust/move.

**Q: Does this stand holds 6 lb weight laptops?**

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent laptop stand for stability and better ergonomics

I have been using the Lamicall adjustable laptop stand for approximately one week, and it has exceeded expectations. It came in a properly-sized box with protective internal packaging. It was easy to take out of the box and set on the desk. It is lightweight aluminum, yet extremely sturdy -- adjusting easily into the appropriate position (though this also requires just a tiny bit of arm strength to adjust to desired position). It has stayed in place with no movement. As one of the videos included for this product mentioned, this stand reduces any "bounce" of the laptop, so it feels very solid. Also, one of the qualities that drew me to this stand was the vented base to allow the laptop to properly ventilate its heat. Overall, great quality and value for the price. Highly recommend if you are considering a laptop stand that will keep your eyes and neck at a better height. (I did purchase a separate keyboard, and this sits easily under the raised portion on the desk.)
