Can you please tell me how to use it?

They slide into your A/C vents. They need to be individually wrapped. That is my only gripe. Put the unused ones in a ziplock bag or they will evaporate before you can use them

How do i insert these on my window air conditioner?

They just slide into the air vents. The air coming out carries the aroma/scent.

Once you open the package you need to put extras in a zip lock bag or not they'll lose scent. Then the ones you will be using just need to go hook onto the air vent .
