I originally used a C8/C10 blend and didn’t notice much difference, even when I stopped using it. After switching to C8-only MCT oil, it became part of my morning routine—I add it to my coffee every day. The effects were gradual at first, especially at smaller doses, so they were easy to overlook. It wasn’t until I went on vacation and broke that routine for a week that I noticed the difference—the morning brain fog came back. That’s when it became clear the C8-only was actually working, and I’d recommend it to anyone looking for consistent mental clarity.

This MCT oil taste different than the other ones I’ve tried. I prefer it. I have purchased several times whenever I see it on sale on the health food store as well.

High quality stuff. C8 is pure and gives a great mental boost with coffee. Iv tried blends of c10 and c8. If I would buy again I would save me some cash and get the off brand blend. This is expensive
