This is the best MCT oil I’ve tried. It really sharpens the mind, I can see a big difference when I don’t use it. I started ordering it for my Mom who is 84 and it has made such a big improvement in how she communicates and thinks that it’s impressive!!! Highly recommend, I can’t be without!!!

Really helps my memory!

I originally used a C8/C10 blend and didn’t notice much difference, even when I stopped using it. This MCT oil taste different than the other ones I’ve tried. I prefer it. I have purchased several times whenever I see it on sale on the health food store as well.
