**Q: Does this filter work if my shower is fixed and stems from the wall/ceiling (not handheld like the pictures)?**
A: It only works if you can break the connection and add the filter between source and shower head/hose, and it needs to be fixed innproper direction for it to work. In my case did not work on fixed shower but only the one where the hose can be detached

**Q: When to change cartridge**
A: Manufacturers recommends Every 6 month!

**Q: Can you buy replacement cartridges for this in the UAE? I can’t find any available?**

Yes of course replacement cartridges are available on Amazon UAE again starting August. The new stock will arrive end of July as we had a little delay due to shipping issues. We are really sorry but you can be rest assured within 1st week August you can find them here.
