Every review starts out 'I don't usually write reviews but....' so let's get that out of the way. I. Write. Reviews. Does that in anyway change whether or not you'll read on? Who knows, I personally always wonder. Anyway - this little ultrasonic cleaner pulls out the kind of dirt and funk from things that makes you wonder if everything you know is a lie. Let me explain - I do cosmetic refurbishment and restoration of vintage watches. (I'm trying to think of a more niche career though!) While you should NEVER submerge a watch with it's movement in place, for everything else - band, bezel, spring pins etc. - this thing is a dream. I had already done 2 deep cleanings on a stainless steel band between polish and brushing stages. I thought you could have eaten with it. Um, wrong. From deep in crevices and god knows where else this little machine removed 40 years of sweat, skin and bad habits. I had mixed up a cleaning solution of my own that was a light, clear blue and when it was over I had a disgusting dark grey funk with little black specs floating in it. Holy. Crap. And the band? The band is absolutely sparkling and bright. The links move easily, it's like a new piece. I've used it on several watch bands and cases with the movement removed and it is an absolute game changer! If you're on the fence - get it and be....amazed or disgusted! (More likely - both!)

I wear eye glasses daily. It has always bugged me that they get so dirty in places I can't clean unless I want to pop out the lenses. I saw this product advertised and thought, "Why not? Looks cool." Well, let me tell you how gross my glasses actually are. The first time I used this machine, the water turned gray. GRAY! It was so gross all the junk it got out of my glasses that first time. Now, I use it regularly to keep my glasses as clean as possible. If you are a regular glasses wearer, then I highly recommend purchasing this product. Just know the first couple of washes is going to be gross. I have also used this for my wedding rings and it does a fantastic job cleaning those as well. Really, you can't go wrong purchasing this product!

so.. before we get too far into it, im going to indulge a gay black collegue of mine who insists i preface my opinions by stating these opinions are from a non gay non black cultural perspective, so they may be invalid, and our realities my differ. i used tap water up to the fill line to clean my wifes wedding rings. they came out shiney. i didnt see much going on, but they came out shiney. i put my finger in there while it was operating, and i definately felt something akin to pressure increasing the further i went down. i dont recomend this of course, blood gasses are a real thing. it could have killed me. maybe. and i didnt have a cat to try it out for me (i like cats. sometimes they do dumb stuff so we dont have to, and sometimes people who need to be removed from the gene pool follow cats lead, so... there is that) next, my wife who likes to cut tape with scissors and leaves them sticky (from the tape. dont make this weird) left some in the kithen. (i said some, we have more than one pair). i then put those in the magic sonic cleaner thingy after removing my wifes rings and started it again. it mostly removed the glue, so i said a "who hoo" and finished them off with a paper towel(again, dont make this weird). since my wifes pretty good about cleaning stuff, i ran out of things to test the cleaning thingy on. so i stared at it. its not pretty enough to be art, so i got bored, and put it away. my wife asked about the rings, i showedbher those and the scissors. she squeeled with delight, asked where the cleaning thingy was, i told her i put it away. she then went to the place i put it, reput it someplace else so ill never find it again. like my tools... where are my tools woman! seriously, she shouldnt get mad at me if i buy new tools cause she puts mine away so i cant find them.

I purchased this to clean my gold and silver collection. it’s a powerful machine but you would never know considering how quiet it is while it’s working it’s magic. I don’t suggest putting any jewelry into it with a pave setting as for the small stones will fall out. I unfortunately had to learn this the hard way. as for the rest of my jewelry with just a 15 minute treatment. everything comes out looking good as new. My wedding ring hasn’t shined this bright since I first received it 10 years ago. it creates of magnificent suddy substance from the additive I use in it. totally worth the price!

I have a high diamond setting & small diamonds under the diamond which gets lots of soap scum in it. I’ve tried this with and without deterrent which does nothing. Still as grimy as when I put it in. The big diamond shines but it doesn’t get soap scum out of the hard to reach areas.

This is small, just the right size for me. Function as clames, it really cleaned well.

The timer function stopped working after 4 months. It now only works on 180 seconds. Two minutes is not long enough to clean objects so you must constantly run it. Do not purchase!

Good value and quality product - as described and super fast shipment

This product was delivered to UAE with a US plug, and rated for 120v AC. Unfortunately, the UAE uses UK style plugs and critically, 220v AC. If you plug it in you will probably break it and/or create a fire hazard. Returned unused.

Works fine, but filling and emptying the cleaner with water is a bit of a nuisance. Do not know if it is possible to create this type of item with an easily removable water container, as that would have made it ideal. Now you need to unplug the entire device to fill and empty the cleaning water. If that is acceptable to you, then it is worth buying, as I cannot fault the actual cleaning action, as it does what I expected.

Stopped working after 20 seconds - dead! Did not use it for the first couple of months after purchase as we moved house, but failed on the first attempt.
