ハイレゾ化のために購入。DEH-970の内臓アンプ部とくらべ、高音が伸びています。低音は熟成のアナログアンプらしく制御力の高さを感じる。正統派定電圧アンプなので、オーバーダンピングタイプスピーカーでは低音が小さくなる。音質調整が必要。-------------------------------------------------------------1月くらい使ってエージング効果により音が変わって全体に高分解能感を感じる。DEH-970より良い音。低音も定格50Wとは思えない音。中高音側と低音側で分けているので4chモードで使用。8スケ線でバッテリー直結している効果もあると思うが。家の安いアンプより良い音。PRS-A900を家で使おうと思ったら高性能電源部が必要になり、20万円くらいのアンプになるのではないか？ロングランしているのも納得である。---------------------------小さい欠点であるが、パワーOFF時に小さいポップ音が出る。
