How do you recommend cleaning these tiles?

Sorry, I just recently put them In and have not cleaned yet. They look pretty sturdy though!

Can these be put over linoleum flooring?

I dont see why not. We put ours over our old vinyl tiles. Just be sure the old flooring is clean and dry.

Is the black 4X4 and white 4X4 or are there 12 X12 white and 12 X 12 black tiles

They are a 12 x 12 tile divided into 4 squares...so I guess they would be 6 x 6 black and 6 x 6 white..........They are really thin so make sure surface is very smooth....
