**Q: How do you wash these to ensure they don't lose their sheen?**
A: To add to the other answers, washing them inside out on gentle mode and cold water has preserved the sheen on mine. I also use Active detergent (white/blue packaging) which is made specifically for leggings/activewear.

**Q: Are these for long legs? 5'10**
A: I'm 5'8 and they work perfect

**Q: I am 5 feet and 190 pounds. What size is best? Weight is in middle and rear.**
A: I am attaching the link for you to the Spanx website so you can see the size chart. I tried to copy and paste it for you but when I did, it didn't line up correctly. If you go to the website and look at the faux leather leggings page, there is a size chart. Click on that and it may help you. Basically, whatever size you take in pants, you probably will want to get in the leggings. A lot of people like to size up one size. Just know that they are going to be tight and were designed to be, because they are compression. They suck everything in and work well at doing it. These are fantastic! Hope this helps you!
