I'm a 49 old male and I use to take these vitamins for a couple of years and then stopped to try a different brand. The problem was I didn't realize what a difference it truly made to my overall health and energy until I stopped taking them. After about two months of feeling lethargic and fatigued I immediately ordered another bottle. It's been about 10 days and I'm already feeling the difference. These are more expensive than most brands so I recommend taking 6 of them a day for the first 7-10 days and then 3 vitamins daily after that. I absolutely love Xtend-Life!

Too big for me to swallow and had to cut in half -then crush and put in whatever I’m drinking. Did it for awhile but then stopped taking.

These vitamins make such a difference in my energy levels, my afternoon slumps. After four or five days of the twice daily dosage, I really felt the difference. I stopped having the mid-afternoon slide where I was fatigued and wanted a sugar and caffeine spike. While these cost a lot more than your off-the-shelf multi vitamin, they are fantastic. All the research I found on line shows them to be the number one vitamin. And now I am sold. I definitely have to cut something out of my budget to afford them, but then it is not hard when you cut that three-to-four dollar coffee merengue thing.

This is not an ordinary multi-vitamin. It's made with all natural ingredients and once you take it for a few days ,you actually feel the difference. It's worth the money.
