Take the wet washed beret and place the dish inside the hat and let it dry. I've been wearing berets since childhood and that is the way my Mom cleaned it. Make sure the plate is at least the size of the beret. You can even make it stretch slightly for a larger hat. **Q: what is the diameter; can i get berets in a 9 inch diameter?** A: These are 11 inches. I didn't see a size option when I ordered - my guess is that there is only one size. **Q: Are they 100% wool?** A: It says inside the label 40% wool; 40% acrylic fibers; 20% nylon. **Q: The description says 12 pack but when you check out it says six pack. Please clarify** A: You can buy 6 or you can buy 12. You select which one you want. ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Good value *by P***O on Reviewed in the United States on 1 December 2023* Bright colors, decent quality wool. Good fit.I’ve been wearing wool berets for decades.Wool keeps you warm when it’s wet. You can fold a beret up and put it in your pocket. It’s NOT a baseball cap. Women like the look.Do not buy leather headband berets. Dry cleaning messes up the headband. You can hand wash these and use the cardboard inserts to maintain shape drying. In 2-3 years buy some more! Note: berets are not exclusively French; they’re worn all over the world. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Exactement ce qui était prévu *by R***D on Reviewed in Canada on 28 May 2023* Comme prevu ### ⭐ NOT 100% wool *by C***E on Reviewed in Canada on 28 September 2022* This hat is not 100% wool as advertised and the free gloves were not included in the package.
