These gel pack saved me on a hike
I was struggling with the incline on one of the hikes I did this summer. I tend to not be someone who eats while I hike, because it makes me nauseous. This particular hike, I was really struggling to make it and I felt like I was holding everyone back. I was glad to have packed a few of these and WOW did it make a difference. within a few minutes of eating one of them, I had a boost of energy and felt so much better. Even my heart rate adjusted. I loved the flavor and the ease of ripping off the top and squeezing out the contents. I purchased a 12 pack for the value. Good quality and I will buy again.

Only takes 10 minutes to kick in and are very tasty. I wouldn't take them unless you are thoroughly hydrated or have water as they have made me thirsty. Good fuel, doesn't upset my stomach. The package gets sticky after use.
