I've been a foodie for most of my life. Until a little over 2 years ago, I seemed to have developed lactose intolerance. I noticed this because whenever I eat something with dairy in it, even just a small amount, I would get a bad case of IBS, and sometimes, my skin would even breakout that lasts for days!It was so frustrating because I love cheese! Found this on Amazon and decided to give it a try. After taking it for about a week, I was fine. No side effects whatsoever. I decided to put it to a test. I asked my sister to order pizza for dinner that night. I missed it so much that I was able to eat 3 slices! The night passed and I woke up the next day still feeling great! No tummy ache, no diarrhea, and no breakouts!I was so amazed! I am on my 2nd bottle and this is still working wonders for me!

I’ve been keto for over a year and as most, researched the basics to get started and slowly continued to learn and dig deeper to make sure I was doing everything to maintain this lifestyle correctly and properly. I recently looked into some important supplements I should be taking to sustain keto in the healthiest way. Probiotics are important to aid in digestion especially eating a lot more meat and fats. I’ve always taken probiotics so I was on track there, but also read that a digestive enzyme is equally important and that it actually aids the probiotic, making it more effective. I had zero idea! The addition of these digestive enzymes has been remarkable; they truly help break down the excessive amounts of fats and proteins o now consume and has gotten my gut health truly on point! Highly recommend!

I am really enjoying this product to help with my digestive issues. I take twice a day and have noticed an improvement in my gut health. I am going to continue to use this and hope to see continued results with digestive issues improving throughout the usage.

Taking for about a month now. It does seem to be helping I have seen some improvement It’s kinda hard to remember to take before eating twice a day

I can't say this is a bad product or that it doesn't work, but it didn't work for me. I went through a period of bad gas and hard stool. This did not help but it also did not make it worse.

I have used other products to help with digestive issues. If I forget to take this kind of product my digestive system cramps up within a few days. This blend of prebiotics and probiotics works great to keep my system working well.
