I’m extremely impressed with the SPICES VILLAGE Pickling Spices. As soon as it arrived, I opened the bag and was hit with a wonderfully fresh, aromatic scent—you can immediately tell this is a high‑quality blend. The mix of mustard seeds, coriander, dill seeds, bay leaves, allspice, chilies, and cinnamon is perfectly balanced, with whole and broken spices that look and smell incredibly fresh. I used it right away to brine my corned beef brisket, and while it’s still curing, I already have high expectations based on the aroma and quality alone. One of the best pickling spices I’ve used.
I just got into pickling things recently. It’s a fascinating new hobby of mine. It was hard to choose what to go with, but I’m very happy this is what I ended up using… I made an amazing corned beef and used it for sandwiches and the family couldn’t believe the flavor! Not only does it work well with corned beef, but obviously pickles - I have 3 mason jars I’m working on now with them. Really quality spices and super fresh blend - Also you don’t need to use a lot so this should last you a long time!

My wife voluntold me I was making pastrami when her sister came into town. Never done that before. The spice mix was perfect for the brine. The seasoning was fresh and the flavor was great. I’m getting another bag just to have on deck.
