Yes! This is what I used for my cockatiel, and he did great on it.

Can I gave this to my one year old ringneck they still on hand feed after a year

The hand feeding formula offers balanced nutrition so I believe you can continue feeding it from a health standpoint. I actually recently purchased it to feed my 17 year old Amazon parrot because he wasn’t eating well for awhile after we lost his sibling. I handled an umbrella cockatoo for over a year on this formula before she began to eat on her own. From the standpoint of transitioning your ring neck to eating independently, it would be good to offer him a variety of foods by hand to develop an interest in other food. We found with our cockatoo that it helped to have her at the table with us while we ate and let her watch! We offered her bits of food we were eating. Using hand feeding formula does help to keep a bond between you and your bird. You can probably contact the company if you have more questions.
