Yes. The inner dimensions ARE suitable for standard (2.5" x 3.5") cards, up to 7.75mm x 10.75mm. Will these work for vintage cards size (1953 topps)

A card of that size fits in the holder but barely. I recommend the Card Saver I holders. They’re larger and used by PSA for submissions.

Sorry. The answer is, no. These (and similar Ultra•Pro sleeves) are made of high impact rigid PVC.

Are ultra pro sleeves good for long term storage? what about acid & pvc?

Not really, they get extremely scratched and unfortunately they’ve increased in price due to demand. Unless you’re looking to invest in these for grading cards I wouldn’t bother.

Very tight for pokemon, dbz, one piece, etc

There is a top rated review saying these are definitely the ones you’re looking for. Be cautious. They were not the ones I was looking for. The company makes a slightly larger version that come in a red box. Those are the ones you need if you’re looking to have a penny sleeve on your card. Or just not to crush your corners on pokemon, dbz, one piece cards. That being said, they are still fantastic quality just for smaller cards.
