And I can answer it, as a woman, it is definitively NO. I use it on my chest to avoid heat rash under the bra (aka woman's balls) and when it dries, you absolutely know everywhere it's come in contact. As for the aspect of being Cruelty free. Unfortunately it is not. To be perfectly honest it has been tested on over 15 different species of beaver. The developers had to be sure that there weren't any ingredients that would serve as a repellent to beaver. I can tell you this though. No beavers were harmed in the proceedings. They all left the tests with a better outlook on life.
