Is the content 100% Biodegradable? I'm not asking about the packaging.

Our shampoos ARE in-fact biodegradable along with the 2 in 1 Shampoo/Conditioners. The conditioners, however, are NOT biodegradable and should be emptied before recycling. If you ever have any further questions on this product please do not hesitate to use the "Contact Us" page on our website!

Is there a plastic free shampoo bar option for this product?

I did not notice that option when ordering. You may want to check and see if it's been added.

Storage: what is the shelf life of the shampoo and conditioner?

Thanks for reaching out! our Repair Shampoo and Conditioner Coconut Oil & Ylang Ylang has a shelf life of 3 years - we hope these helps.

If you’re wondering why it doesn’t lather, it’s because it’s sulfate free, sulfates help create that lather(?)

Thank you for leaving a review. We're disappointed to learn that this product didn’t work for your hair. Please reach out to our team directly at consumer.services@unilever.com - hope to hear from you soon!

Great shampoo and conditioner

We’ve been using these in an outdoor shower. They do not leave any soapy residue on the patio. The scent is wonderful.
