OKAY. Cosori is simply the very best heated coffee/tea option there is. It is the absolute G.O.A.T. of these devices. My cup lasted 4 years!! Once I needed to replace it I had no problem. Now I am back to 'normal' and happy again. It is worth every penny to be able to continue to use the heating element part that I had before and simply get new cups. All is well. Before you try many 'fixes' just buy the true Cosori cup replacements. You now even have a spare! lol Great company. The best.

I needed cups for my coffee hotplate/warmer. My ceramic Oregon Ducks cup is too thick to conduct and maintain sufficient heat to keep my coffee hot at 140 degrees F. However, the Cosori aluminum cup does a great job. The cups are light weight, dishwasher safe, easy to pick up and hold--the handle never gets too hot--and in my view are very attractive. I needed a cup for a 14-oz brew size, but surprisingly the cup can easily hold 15 ounces. One quick caveat: The bottom is very hot, so, as many people tend to do, don't rest the cup bottom in the palm of your hand. And yes, I am speaking from experience.

I rarely review the products I buy as most are great. This produce stood out for me. I read some other reviews and any concerns either disappeared after they used the product or the Customer Service response was spot on. I had an Ember mug for the last year and it just stopped working ($230 should give you more than a year). I have my own warmer and gave the Cosori product a try and it works great. It keeps my coffee "Hot" for as long as I need it to. After using the product for a week, I ordered the Cosori warmer (on the way) as I wanted to control the heat level. A great product that does what the Ember does at a fraction of the price.

I like this cup over ceramic cups as keeps my coffee a lot warmer. If I leave the lid on while it is on the warmer (also from amazon.ca) it is a bit too hot for me against my lips. I find them attractive and durable. It is an almost flat bottomed mug which helps keep the coffee hot. I would recommend these to a friend.
