I’ve been using Vital Proteins Collagen Peptides for years and have seen a real difference. When you first open the tub, there is a very mild natural smell, but it’s not strong or unpleasant. The smell reduces completely after mixing, and it does not affect the taste of my coffee or smoothies at all. I usually mix a scoop with my morning coffee everyday. The texture is smooth. My skin looks healthier, smoother, and more refreshed over time. Also it helps with the joints support. So overall I think its a good supplement in our daily routine.

I like that it is not flavored so you don't have that chemical sweet aftertaste. Mixes well with liquids and even yogurt. My skin and nails have improved. Don't expect to see results within a week, this takes a couple of months of regular (daily) use.

This product is NOT as advertised. The product I received is NOT the advanced formula, it does not contain hyaluronic acid and vitamin C. It only contains 10g of collagen peptides per serving, not 20g as shown in the picture. Really disappointing.

What I received contains only collagen and the image shows that the bottle contains 3 ingredients (Collagen, Vitamin C and Hyaluronic acid) !

I was a little apprehensive about how effective collogen powder would be. I read lots of reviews and information around the topic. But I have to say a week in and my hair is glossy and growing faster. My skin genuinely feels smoother, especially my hands (less wrinkles) But most noticeable is my nails that have always peeled and broken are strong and muchharder, not brittle. I have one scoop whisked in to warm milk and poured over my espresso every morning. Highly recommend this product. No taste, blends well. I've just ordered a 2nd pot so I don't run out :)
