could you please explain the difference between this set with 397 pieces and the same 75928 park costruzioni?

They appear to be the same except the more expensive one is sold by a different company than the less expensive one...I bought the less expensive one and it's perfect...my grandson loves it....

Would a 12 year old be bored?

No my 10 and 12 year old love it!

Can i buy individual pieces? my son lost owen and blue and i would like to buy the ones that match this set without having to buy the whole set again.

Hi there! I'm afraid we're not able to sell parts like Owen and Blue separately. This is because of our agreements with the creators of Jurassic World™ and other stories we haven't made ourselves. You may find fans who sell off the pieces themselves, but these pieces may be new or used. Kind regards, Emily LEGO® Customer Service

Yes you can purchase them directly from LEGO. Find your manual for the set, the last few pages will show the pieces and their part numbers. You can use these numbers to order the specific missing pieces.
