In a plastic bottle
Very disappointed because it was thought to be in a glass bottle but came in plastic which is of no use!

It works.
It's great for an energy boost, but I have to use with caution because it could send me to the bathroom. That said, it has helped my regularity. No detectable flavor.

No stomach issues with this
I needed some MCT Oil to add to my diet for brain fog and thought I should try one that is by a brand I trust - Garden of Life. I have had no stomach issues adding it to my coffee or breakfast but I don't think I feel the benefits I was hoping for. I might look for an alternative when this bottle has finished.
