Laser straight slices.
This thing is razor sharp and made by an excellent company. The cuts it made through my sandwiches and bread were laser straight. It sounds kinda ridiculous to say that but if you want a good bread knife without really thinking about it this is definitely a high quality knife to get.

Great bread knife
It's very, very sharp! I always struggle to get thin slices of bread for sandwiches but with this one it was so easy, you don't even have to apply much force at all. Also used it for leveling cakes and it was great for that as well. Really happy with it so far.
