Great laptop for gaming, no problems! Loves to heat up!
Love it, heats a lot of course and not much to do about it but for gaming it can compete with any gaming laptop. Haven’t experienced any problems yet so I’m glad. I love it.

Good machine for machine learning
Powerful and compact enough to put in backpack. I use the laptop to run machine learning models mainly. It does a perfect job! For people who would have some complaints about thermal and soldered RAM, this is a trade off for lighter laptop. I’m satisfied about this laptop.

Bad customer service
Bought this computer for my son’s birthday didn’t open it until his birthday a month after the actual purchase and the computer turn on ok but during the initial setup it turn off an never worked again Call Amazon and they didn't help Call Dell who owns the alienware brand didn’t help Call Ashurion the insurance company they can only help after the Factory warranty expires Call back dell they offer to repair it in 24 to 48 hours this was the best option at this point because they didn't want to exchange it for a new one now dell is telling me that the parts are not available and its going to take at least a mount to get them This is not fair we pay a lot of money for this gaming laptop and is siting in my desk collecting dust Be aware before you buy from this company the customer service is horrible if you can get some Hope you have better luck than i did
