How to connect with iPhone

Please ensure that the Bluetooth and downloaded applications on your phone are turned on when connecting, and that the connection is made by finding the corresponding device in the application.

Cannot connect to vehicle/ECU ?

Make sure the OBD port is in good condition and the device fits well in it. Make sure your vehicle is OBD II compliant, and ignition is turned ON; Check if your vehicle is supported by the App; Try it on another vehicle.

Does the scanner support AirBag, ABS, Brake, Suspension, Oil Service Light, Maintenance Reset or Battery Registration?

No. It will NOT read non-OBDII related lights, such as AirBag, ABS , SRS ,Oil Service Light, etc. It can only scan the vehicle’s engine system and emission system, read fault engine code and erasing the fault code after the engine problem is fixed.

Failed to connect to the device？

1. Please confirm whether the vehicle hasstarted 2. Check whether the mobile phone Bluetooth is enabled 3. Check whether the location information permission is allowed

What car is not supported？

24V diesel vehicles, new energy, hybrid and do not meet the OBDII agreement models are not supported

Junk & Poor Product Support

Absolute junk. Quit working after 3 months, will not longer pair with my device/read DTC codes. Product Support is generic self help text for a totally different product that suggests replacing non-existant batteries. Strongly advise you to research your options as there are a number of junk elm327 code readers (non-functional) for sale on the internet.
