Less hair fall and stronger nails but drowsy and my fave swelling?
Does anyone feel sleepy when you drink it in morning? I took 3 in morning and three at night. In morning when i woke up i feel so sleepy, and when i took it after eating food in breakfast i feel so tired and drowsy. But I noticed in one week my hair gets so shiny, less hair fall and lively and nails more stronger and thicker

Caused me diarrhea....
It's only been two days since i started taking these. I took three on the first day. 2 in the morning, 1 in the evening. I had diarrhea. Reduced dosage and just took 2 pills the next day, still hurts my tummy. I'm taking it after meals so I don't know if i'm not doing it right or it isn't just for me. Will still try it for a few days, but if this goes on, i would stop taking these.

In my second purchase, I encountered problems. First I notice the pills are almost over and I only take one pill on average per day, sometimes two pills, so it should last for more than 2 months. However, IU bought it 33 days ago and the case is almost empty. I live alone and no one else touched the case of pills. Also, one pill was BROKEN in half! The problem is, I searched inside and the other half IS NOT there... Odd. Not buying again.

The only downside to these are that they are HUGE and not easy to swallow.. And not only are they huge, you have to take 6 of these ginormous pills. I usually don’t have a problem taking pills but trying to take 6 of these literally makes me gag by the 4th or 5th pill. But I will keep going so I can see the benefits. I’m definitely considering a powder form after this though.

I’ve been taking these for over a month now and I’ve seen a significant difference in my nail and hair grown, specifically. My bones are also more flexible than they’ve been in a while. (Update 12/30: After taking these for a bit, I noticed sudden skin breakouts. Excessive collagen was too much for my skin personally, so I stopped taking 6 at once.)
