I think is very good for people like me, who stopped studying, to buy books like this in order to start again to study as I perfectly know that is very difficult to begin again to do something like this.... Especially after a long day of work. I think this book is pretty good because you can even read just one chapter a day, do the exercises and tomorrow start a new topic.

I really like this book.
