After hesitating for years and tons of research I finally bought this polisher. Kit came as advertised, easy to set up and start using. Chemical Guys provide lots of tutorials and instructions. I was very impressed and thoroughly satisfied with the polisher. The results removing the swirls on my car were amazing. Improvements on the paint were immediate and so satisfying. The polisher is not too heavy, speed settings are good, the velcro attachments held solidly, the pads are top quality and the VSS swirl remover worked remarkably well. I finished off with Chemical guys Black Pearl and Jet seal. It looks like a professional job. This car is now 1000% better looking than when I picked it up new. ( I won't rant about my terrible experience picking up my new car that came with swirls, dirty mats etc. The stealerships did such a poor job of PDI and prep - it was just discusting ) Now it looks like it should have! Every hour, I go out to look at how beautiful the car looks. Chemical Guys are my go to car detaining company.

I was told that nothing would refresh the paint on my 2007 Toyota. After much reading I settled on Chemical Guys products and videos. The photos of my car speak for themselves! Car looks amazing. The polisher was easy to use and control. It’s a perfect size and it’s a great value! Recommend!

Received substantially discounted so decided to give it a try, so far so good, I'm using it in a professional body shop. Don't have any gripes with it except that occasionally I will hit the speed regulator while polishing, aside from that works very well...the bonnets are adequate, the wipers are great, and the chemicals like the conditioner and cleaner are terrific never thought I'd have a use for them but make the process much easier and cleaner as opposed to water.

Great Starter kit for a newbie or someone getting into it as a side hobby, arms tend to get sore after a while but nothing breaks in between cant fix, unit is heavier then thought at first but overall a great combo deal. Helped my dad use this on his Highlander and got pretty much all the swirl scratches out of his paint as well as revived the black color.
