Review: 39-31-41...XS is TOO SMALL. - I’ve bought more expensive waist trainers, and have trained a little before. About me: 5’4, 166lb (I weight train), 34DD, size 6 dress...39-31-41 without the waist trainer. I naturally do not have much of a “pouch”. My stomach is relatively flat. I ordered an XS and it is definitely too small, but I was able to latch it all the way up. I’m going to keep it because the shape I have with this waist trainer is what I’m going for...it definitely gives me something to work toward. I believe that a small would’ve fit, but would have been tight. A medium is probably the size to order if you are new to training. In an XS I can still breathe, but I can’t zip it. I wouldn’t work out in this size. The material isn’t as stretchy as others I’ve bought, so maybe it will last a long time? I’m not sure. My torso is about 1 foot and it fit fine. No underbust pain. If I was to reorder, I would get the small.
