Great little mandolin. I'm not sure why people are so surprised they can cut themselves when they use this - it's literally a tool for slicing vegetables quickly and easily, it should be obvious that if it cuts a vegetable it will cut your hand. That being said, it's a really good slicer for its price. The thickness options are good and easy to change between, the thinnest is thinner than I expected given theres only 3 options, and its ridiculously easy to clean. I have one of the bigger ones with a box underneath that has all the different chopping attachments that I mostly just use as a mandolin and I wanted one to keep in my locker at work to be able to take healthier meals in as I work shifts, and if it wasnt for the fact that I want to still use the other chopping attachments I would bin that one and get another of these, as this is far superior.

En premier, j' ai pensé qu' elle n' était pas assez large. Ensuite, je me suis demandé si la lame resterait à la hauteur #2 en tranchant un chou d'un kilo gramme...Sa minceur ( largeur) lui donne une excellente maniabilité d' une seule main. Avec le chou, c'est la mandoline qui bouge et qui râpe. La lame est très coupante. La lame est restée à la hauteur #2 tout le temps. Ce produit est encore meilleur que prévu. 6* sur 5. Je vais continuer à acheter de la cie. OXO sans aucune hésitation. Très efficace pour tous les autres légumes aussi. Merci Amazon pour la livraison rapide et précise et bon appétit à tous !
