Good sound. Outstanding customer service
I bought a pair of Atmosure air tube headphones 2 years ago. Recently one of the earbuds stop working meaning no sound coming out. The other earbud worked but with much lower volume. I contacted Atmosure to ask if there was something I was doing wrong and immediately they sent me a replacement without further questions. The one they sent is so much better than the one 2 years ago. Excellent sound. Volume controls work which is great if you are far away from the device. Outstanding customer service.

Won’t stay in ears and won’t work after a year
1 These are difficult to keep in your ear.2. I bought in May 2025 and now in August 2026 just outside of the year warrantee one side does not work. It frayed on one side. I have no idea how that could have happened except poor workmanship.

Great quality, and excellent service
I really liked these ear buds. The EMF protection gave me peace of mind and the sound quality was pretty good. However, after 2 months of intense use, one side stopped working. I wrote to the seller and was immediately offered a replacement. Excellent service!

Komplett gestörter Ton/Klang
Die Kopfhörer taugen nicht zum störungsfreien hören. Wenn die Kabel über die Kleidung gleiten/scheuern beim Bewegen, dann knistert und rauscht das laut und unangenehm in den Ohren. Musik ist unmöglich und Vorträge sind absolut gestört. Ich habe sie leider nicht gleich in Gebrauch genommen und nun kann ich sie nicht mehr zurücksenden. Keine Empfehlung für Hörgenuss.

Never again!
I paid so much money for these and they stopped working with my iPhone after two years. The sound is also so muffled. I had to buy new regular iPhones. The one for my MacBook still works though.
