The strap was stiff at first, but my grandson didn’t complain, he’s happy with his gift

Nearly everything about this item was to my liking. There was a little wear on the strap and buttons, but that is to be expected with vintage. No vintage dealer could keep anything in %100 prestine condition, and I wouldn't expect it of any vintage seller. This item was in much better condition than I expected. A wonderful piece, and still seems to give an accurate compass reading. I really am glad I was able to afford such a treasure! :) Full stars on all accounts.
