Should suction powered on at max show -1 just running & -26 if I stick to hand ?or go to max when turned on without actually using ?thanks

When I’m using the machine I usually keep it in the middle.

Problem I do not any suction help

Have you tried moving the knob in the front of machine ? That controls the suction.

How often should diamond tips be replaced?

The diamond tips will last pretty much forever as your skin is a lot softer than the tip. However, there is a small filter inside the tip which clogs up after less than an hour of use. The unit comes with several large packs of those filters but you will need to buy more eventually.

How strong is this machine

Not as strong as expected, but strong enough. It pulls plenty of cr...stuff out of my wife's skin. If you turn it up to max and then cover the tip with your finger it will start to hurt after a few seconds.
