Review: It seems to work if you don’t overdo the drinking - I don’t usually drink much but two weeks ago, I drank one beer and woke up with a headache. I am prone to hangovers, I decided to look for something to help for the next time I decided to drink and I found this! I took it as directed- had one beer and the next morning, no headache! I know that most people usually drink more than a beer but if you are a light drinker, this works. The taste of these little brown balls is a bit odd- salty and kinda like ramen powder? Lol I just swallowed it with water. I can’t say much for the efficacy of this if you decide to drink a whole pitcher of beer, a bottle of soju and shots of liquor. I don’t think it’s possible to avoid a hangover if you drink all that- especially in a short amount of time. My advice is to stay hydrated- drink electrolytes/water and don’t drink on an empty stomach. Oh and the price of this is decent because at my local pharmacy, they are sold for $5 for one packet. It seems to work if you don’t overdo the drinking

Works - I've used it on several nights out with my girls and we're talking multiple shots. I usually took it b4 with a large bottle of propel water w/electrolytes and then after with another bottle of propel. But- what I found after a couple months of taking this- I started to get lovely fungal acne all over my face (google it) and could not get rid of it until I realized the abundance of yeast in my system from this product was causing it. Stopped using it and have my clear skin back. Just gotta deal w/the hangovers. 🤷♀️

Used this when I lived in Korea and it’s has prevented numerous hangovers. Take on packet before, one packet during, and one after and you’ll wake up completely refreshed. Yes they taste bad, it’s an herbal medicine. Take the packets with a chaser and the taste won’t bother you at all.

Tastes like dog food, but it works. Also, swallow don't chew.
They taste like dog food...or what I assume dog food tastes like. They work best if you take one pre drinking and one at the end of the night. When I only had one package after a night of drinking, I still had a light headache the next morning. Not bad compared to my regular hang overs. If I forget to take one before I start drinking, I just consume it while drinking.

The review doesn’t say that you need to wat it , so which is it ? It say in the box eat it ? Should we just shallow without eating it ??? Coz it taste nasty
