Excellent Phone, Easy to use.
Love this phone. This is probably one of the best Poly came out with. Still my go-to even with newer models out there and I am a certified partner of theirs

Very poor sound quality. Bought 3 and 2 of them didn't work.
This used to be a good product but much happier with Yealink. There doesn't seem to be any warranty and now I am stuck with 2 that don't work.

It works!
It works gear for google voice but you have to go through a lengthy setup presses. I called them for help and they where great!

This a a VVX 450 not a VVX 450 OBI
I want to be clear, the seller never said this was a VVX 450 OBI as that is what you need for Google Voice. They are 100% honest. But it took me hours to get this device to work with Google Voice, and if you aren't technical, you will never survive what it takes. It takes a firmware upgrade from Polycom and a whole lot of reboots. So far it has been worth it. Google Voice seems to work well with this phone *BUT* it needs a major uplift or Google Voice ignores it.. Once again, the sellers NEVER promised it to work with Google Voice. They sold it as a Po0lycom VVX 450 and that is what you get.
